Daniel Haynes, CFE - Founder & ceo
Daniel Haynes started Skyward Financial Solutions in the fall of 2018. In efforts to serve businesses and non-profits best, Skyward offers Bookkeeping (day to day accounting services), financial reporting, internal controls set up, measuring and monitoring internal controls, risk assessments, Fractional CFO services that consists of strategic planning, forecasting, formulating and optimizing financial strategies and navigating audits.
In addition to business services, Skyward aims to serve individuals and their families by focusing on personal financial health through financial planning, budgeting, tax consulting, identifying financial habits, and helping visualize financial goals.
Daniel graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Oklahoma Christian University. In 2016, he became a Certified Fraud Examiner. While being a CFE, he also a Certified Quickbooks Proadvisor. Daniel has 13 years of accounting and finance experience ranging from small 6 figure non-profits to multi-billion for profit corporate companies including experience in faith based, tech, oil and gas, and education industries.
In addition to being selected as a NextGen award recipient, Daniel has also been featured in Oklahoma Magazine as a top 40 under 40 award recipient. In his spare time, Daniel loves running and riding his Peloton.

Raven Haynes has a unique career trajectory that began in the healthcare, specifically in physical therapy. This foundational experience in a patient-focused field shaped her understanding of hands-on, detail-oriented work and the importance of compassionate service. After 14 years of patient care, she then transitioned from healthcare into operations management, where she developed a keen business acumen and a process-minded approach. Raven is an award winning leader who has been selected as a NextGen 30 under 30 award recipient and has also been featured in Hundred Magazine recognized as one of 100 wild capable women in Oklahoma City.
As Chief Operating Officer, Raven leverages her diverse background to lead with a unique blend of strategic insight and practical, operational excellence. Her leadership style is characterized by a commitment to creating efficient processes and a dedication to elevating people, which she also pursues through her non-profit work. She is recognized for her ability to navigate complex challenges and implement innovative solutions to drive business forward.
With a passion for community, Daniel and Raven also lead Live Full a non-profit they founded in 2014. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling and trying out new restaurants but most of all they love spending time with their two sons Zion and Zaire.
Why Skyward?
Many people were not taught basic financial principles such as budgeting, savings, and expenditures management, due to lack of exposure and access to such subjects throughout their educational experiences. This often leads to a revolving door people not making the best financial decisions that aligns with their values and where they truly want to go in life.
